Canoe Trips

(AGES: COMPLETED 6TH GRADE AND UP, COST: $505/PERSON FOR A 7 DAY TRIP)

Wilderness canoe trips are incredibly transformative. A typical canoe trip will spend 5 nights in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW). Throughout the week, everyone has an opportunity to learn and reflect on God’s creation, strengthen faith, build teamwork and come away with more confidence in themselves and in their group.

Work-Service

(AGES: COMPLETED 6TH GRADE AND UP, COST: $405/PERSON FOR A 5 DAY TRIP, WITH AN ADDITIONAL FUNDRAISING GOAL FOR THE MATERIALS NEEDED FOR THE WORK PROJECTS)

Come to Wilderness Canoe Base for a fulfilling week of hard work (and plenty of play), all centered around a week of mission and service! Throughout the week, your group will join in work projects around camp – from cutting down and removing brush, to hauling materials and helping with building projects, to supporting Wilderness Canoe Base in a variety of other ways. This is a great way to invest in the rich history of service that has long been a tradition at Wilderness Canoe Base, and also allows for some fun time to explore the BWCA and the surrounding area. Note: in addition to registration costs, we ask for Work-Service groups to do a fundraiser to help offset the costs related to the work projects.
